Warren Smith is an award-winning journalist, radio and television personality, and speaker for conservative and Christian groups around the country. He is currently host of the syndicated radio program “Worldviews with Warren Smith,” heard weekly on the Sirius Satellite Radio Network. He also publishes and edits the Evangelical Press News Service, which provides news content to about 100 Christian newspapers around the country.

Over the past twenty years Dr. Suits has worked in pediatric surgery as well as emergency medicine.  In 1995 he founded the Palmetto Family Council and served as its president for four years.  He has degrees in medicine, bioethics, and theology, and has served as an adjuct professor of ethics at both Erskine Theological Seminary and Columbia Biblical Seminary.  He and his wife Mamie have been married for 35 years and have 8 children.  Dr. Suits will address the question “What makes a person” at our April lecture.

Dr. Gentry is currently a professor at Columbia International University where he teaches Philosophy and Apologetics.  He also serves there as the Director of Humanities.  He has earned degrees from Multnomah Bible College and Baylor University.

Dr. Peter Jones, author of The God of Sex and Stolen Identity, is currently a professor at Westminister Theological Seminary in California and the Executive Director of Truth eXchange. Previously he served as Professor of New Testament at Westminster Seminary in California for 12 years and presently serves on the executive committee of the World Reformed Fellowship.  Dr. Jones will be speaking on the topic “The Danger of the New Spirituality.

We’ll kick things off at 8:30am, with coffee and breakfast foods available from 8-8:30am.  Dr. Jones will give two lectures with a short break inbetween for coffee and stretching.  We’ll wrap up the day by 11:00am.
