Charlotte Thursday’s guest lecturer for January 2008 is Dr. John Wingard. John is a professor of Philosophy at Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, GA. He earned a B.A. from Bellhaven College, a Masters of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary (Jackson), and a PhD in Philosophy (Epistemology) from the University of Miami.
Dr. Wingard will be speaking on the topic of Christianity, the Narrative Arts, and the Mind of Unbelief, including discussion of the upcoming movie The Golden Compass.
